Position Summary: This individual will work with the local commercial team and global marketing team, to execute programs and strategies related to the areas of content marketing, marketing events, digital marketing and developing selling tools Essential Role Responsibilities Content Management & Developing Selling Tools - Manage the creation of core communications assets including, brochures, catalogues, advertising, press releases, videos, reference stories, other sales collateral and translation if needed. - Define requirements that are consistent with company positioning and produced within certain timelines and budget - Work closely with the regional sales team and partners to develop the selling tools according to the customer needs Digital Marketing & Database Marketing - Participate in the development of eMarketing strategies and ensure their successful execution (Website, Email, Online advertising, Social media) WeChat channels (VS + EPRO) – maintain the social channels, develop content strategy and social calendar Tiktok (EPRO + VS?) – maintain EPRO and maybe start VS TikTok channel?, develop the content strategy and social calendar Local websites (EPRO + VS Asia + VS China) – maintain, translate new content Assist in database management, cleanup and optimization - Salesforce – leads generation for digital channels and events Trade Promotion Execution - Develop of marketing and promotional materials, onsite support, and pre and post-show marketing promotions and relevant activities, campaigns and events to engage different customer groups (dealers, service partners, KA customers and end-customers) - Manage all tradeshows & events, demo kitchens (internal and external) Budget Management - Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within budget. - Track expenditures and ensure maximum ROI on trade investments. Market Analysis and Reporting - Conduct market research to understand market trend. - Analyze sales data to assess the performance of trade marketing activities. - Prepare regular reports on trade marketing performance and present findings to senior management. Essential Skills & Role Qualifications: BA degree 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing and/or Communications role is necessary Strong interpersonal and good verbal/written communication skills are necessary Fluency in English and Chinese is necessary Experience in designing or writing is desired Excellent organization and management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Experience working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with a positive and proactive attitude Work Conditions & Safety Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics listed here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
