General Overview Worked as the strategic partner to achieve the business's goals and needs, understands functional objectives, business objectives, and HR's role in delivering on the objectives effectively. Ensure HR Services are effectively delivered in company. This includes but not limited to: Recruitment Training & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations. Job duties 61 Work with HR team to develop and implement recruitment policy, process and strategy to screen and attract top talents; Review HR process from recruiting, salary structure, promotion structure, onboarding process and employment contracts. 61 Review and 100% improve the “on-boarding” process for new staff who join the company. This is very weak. Training and induction should take at least one week. 61 Work with HR team to develop and implement people development plan and learning &development program to retain staff. 61 Work with HRD together to design competitive C&B strategy and incentive scheme to attract and retain talents at all levels; 61 Support operation team with performance management needs through the use of processes and tools. This includes coaching, addressing performance issues, developing employees, and succession planning. 61 Implement reviews for long-time staff to find ways to motivate them to become more proactive and influence the direction of the company. 61 Set a plan for training in all departments-especially Managers, and also a 6 month plan for company events- like bowling evenings, or Karaoke evenings. 61 Review the KPI and re-write all the documents, and institute a policy of quarterly review for ALL staff. 61 Understands and applies employment & labor law, policies, practices, and compliance. Adapts to changing labor laws. Ensures HR records and profiles are maintained to support HR audit & compliance. 61 Proactively seeks feedback to improve service levels and recommends relevant policy / process changes. 61 Make contribution to enterprise culture building and employee engagement. Recognizes and acts on opportunities for HR to add value to the business. 61 Create a very happy atmosphere in the company through good inter-departmental relationships 61 Lead the ISO project in the company. 61 Other tasks assigned by HRD. Job Requirements: 61 Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. 61 Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop solutions. 61 Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. 61 Proven ability to coach and advise supervisors / managers on employee relations issues. 61 Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint preferred). 61 Experience in managing and implementing projects. 61 Ability to work independently.
