Description/职位描述: Warehouse Automation Lead and guide the warehouse automation framework & roadmap development for both labeling center and distribution center Collaborate with 3rd part logistics service providers to joint study the operation challenge around efficiency and productivity, identify the opportunity and develop automation solutions Leverage the industry best practice and proven technology to design tailer made solution per multiple operation scenario cross business units Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess the constraint and opportunities, engage with each warehouse team to deploy relevant automation solutions Apply LEAN principles to optimize the warehouse layout and operation flow. Lead the productivity improvement from the operation process streamline, operation automation, intelligence technology. Change Management Accountable for overall change management in deliver field along with business GTM model evolvement Collaborate with upstream and downstream to figure out the End-to-End supply chain efficiency and effectiveness opportunity, initiate and implement relevant project in the pursuit of end to end SC operation excellence Partner with China E2E integrated SC, regional SC and other key stakeholders to manage the project portfolio Keep regular governance on the project deployment per timeline and within budget Identify project risk and development relevant mitigation plan. Organize the regular project communication and relevant presentation to senior leadership team. Experience and key competencies Minimum 5 years’ experience in a complex Supply Chain environment and a proven leadership track record. Have a proven track record in warehouse automation or production line automation solution around below area, o Robotic Process Automation (Software Systems) o Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, IPC systems) o Logistic robotics (e.g. Sorting systems, Automated Material handling etc.) o Labelling Systems and Automated printing solutions o Robotic Process Automation (Software Systems) · Have a proven track record in driving change with lean/6-sigma methodology, can-do attitude and ability to lead continued development. Experience in healthcare / regulatory dependent sector is desirable. Demonstrated relevant experience in large scale projects/programs will be advantageous. Demonstrated collaboration with Regulatory, Quality and Deliver to meet customer expectations. Education & Language Bachelor or Master degree in Industry engineering, logistics engineering or related disciplines required. Fluent in both English and Chinese as working language
