Activities: - Strictly follow the company HSE standard and code of conduct in daily work - Build up local KA business base by developing local KA plan, executing sales activities in the target market by respecting the company strategies, product mix, sales guidelines - Lead the key account joint business plan & establish the annual calendar tied in with account development strategy for execution & result delivery - To support the Sector Manager and provide market intelligence & input into sector development strategy to enhance brand awareness and commercial reputation in assigned channel; - To provide expertise support to distributors if it is needed to maximize business opportunities and develop local KA business; - Build strong and extensive local relationships throughout the target accounts & across customer organization to ensure that Total is the choice of Lubrication provider, in order to enhance Total brand and commercial value - Plan, monitor and achieve sales targets in terms of volume, GMVC , unit GMVC, new dealers and key account development; - Display high-quality behaviors at all times and ensure Sales fundamentals are applied, such as performance management, coaching, Sales pipeline, Call Reports, Key Account Plan; - Complete weekly/monthly reports and submit to N+1 Manager on time; - Coordinate TSA and timely conduct technical / sales skills trainings to enhance key account’s mindshare on TOTAL; - Foster good cross-functionality with other departments, in particular with supply-chain, marketing /Technical/Digital /Communication.
QUALIFICATIONS - Has a basic knowledge of HSE, knows and applies Golden Rules in his/her line of work, knows how to report an HSE event. - Bachelor degree and above, major in chemical, machinery engineering and marketing will be preferred - At least 3 years’ working experience in KA management, commercial vehicle lubricating business experience is preferred - Industry information collection and analytical skills - Strong business sense and sales management skills - Sound technical knowledge and the ability to develop a deep understanding of the culture of target accounts in order to drive integrated propositions - Hard working, good interpersonal skills and team spirit - PC proficiency is essential (Microsoft Office, Windows environment) and good command of English - Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel
