About the role This role is responsible for the regional & local market brand development of Daou International across China. Aim to drive overall brand growth through consumer recruitment & engagements and increase demand at the distributors & trade customers' level. Strengthen Daou International ambition to put consumer experience at the heart of marketing and drive growth in strategic markets through effective brand and trade marketing activities. *Brand Marketing - Develop and execute paid media, PR & influencer marketing plans to increase brand awareness & positive brand reputation and drive recruitment & consumer engagements with the brand. - Plan and execute flawless brand events across relevant projects or campaigns. This includes media, consumers and trade events. - Adapt global marketing toolkits, brand content and assets to build relevant programs for the region and local markets. *Trade Marketing - Build On Premise, Off Premise and E-Commerce (if any) programs into a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan. - Utilize insights to develop initiatives to address the fundamental needs of the market. - Customize programs that provide a source of differentiation and appeals to the distributors and trade partners. - Align customer marketing initiatives with key commercial stakeholders and external partners (distributors & trade customers) through annual joint business planning process. - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, direction and execution of strategies and marketing programs. *Specific tasks - Manage market level P&L, with relevant Commercial stakeholders (Director Global Luxury Sales, Daou and Luxury Sales Managers) including volume & value targets for specific programs, A&P budgeting, and PO management. - Closely monitor execution of key programs to capture leanings for continuous improvement - Utilize return on investment (ROI) models for all activities to manage profitability. - Track and analyse monthly depletions against targets and plan activities to address trends. - Monitor market performance to identify opportunities and risks, create action plans to optimize and improve outcomes. - Manage agency relationships to achieve best results. - Comply with company policies, procedures and governance including Corporate Social Responsibilities, Risk Management and Health and Safety. 80 职位要求: About you - Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on marketing and business - Luxury brand management and trade marketing experience preferred, minimum 5+ years in the related business environment - Prior experience in Wines & Spirits industry is an advantage - Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the brand experience - Good understanding of various marketing and sales touchpoints - Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive sell through and depletions - Proficient skills set and experience in budget controls, evaluations, analytics, and interpretation to determine marketing effectiveness and ROIs - Strong project management & planning skills; excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task while managing cross functional demands - Ability to build, manage and maintain effective stakeholder relationship, experience in managing agencies - Fluency in English (essential) and other Asian languages (desirable) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a clear and confident communicator who can build and nurture strong relationships and work with cross-functional teams - Results oriented, a critical-thinker, strategic and problem-solver - Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive delivery of business objectives - Exceptional project management, planning and organisational skills - Strong work ethics and capabilities to persuade and influence internal and external stakeholders - Flexibility in terms of working hours and travels to accommodate market influences and events - Aptitude to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals as necessary
