We are recruiting for a Consumer Communications Manager to join Hilton’s GCM regional Communications team to mainly drive our communications and PR efforts on luxury and lifestyle brands. The role will deliver strategic brand storytelling to drive preference and perception of the above-mentioned categories, so as to differentiate, modernize and grow the business.
The job requires a communications practitioner with solid PR backgrounds and experiences, the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization, and being creative & results-driven.
The role reports to Director, Consumer Communications, GCM.
Position Summary:
This role will lead communications and PR for Hilton’s luxury and lifestyle brands and F&B in GCM. Key responsibilities include:
61 Develop and implement annual PR strategies and plans to drive preference and perception of Hilton’s luxury and lifestyle brands in the region through robust storytelling. 61 Initiate PR campaigns and activities to support major brand moments in line with brand and business priorities. 61 Support key openings of luxury and lifestyle brand hotels in the region to drive media and KOL engagement and provide comms guidance with on-property marcomm teams. 61 Drive always-on storytelling on earned and owned platforms. 61 Build strong, meaningful relations with key consumer media outlets and KOLs in the region to generate impactful exposures on key titles. 61 Develop comms and PR assets with a digital, content-first mindset 61 Organize media family trips to luxury and lifestyle hotels in the region. 61 Develop and implement communications plans for F&B campaigns, e.g. Chef Month and awards to drive corp F&B reputation. 61 Support other consumer comms projects as assigned. 61 Manage PR agency and ensure deliverables within budget.

Qualifications 61 Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications and public relations either from a major consumer goods MNC or a leading PR agency, or both. Experience in premium lifestyle/luxury brand PR would be an advantage. 61 Great English skills and native in Chinese mandarin. 61 Proven track record of delivering outstanding consumer-facing PR campaigns. 61 Strong, existing relations with key consumer media outlets and KOLs in the region. 61 Creative, collaborative, detail focused and results driven.
