Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the company's salary accounting, payment and income tax declaration, and checked the accuracy of salary related data. 2. Assist superiors to complete the work related to annual promotion and salary adjustment and relevant data analysis after salary adjustment. 3. Responsible for the management of personnel chapter, income certificate issuance and other certificates related to employee compensation and benefits. 4. Understand and master various policies related to salary and welfare, individual income tax and equity incentive, and handle the salary consultation of internal employees. 5. According to the performance appraisal management system, promote the implementation of the performance appraisal plan of all departments of the company and ensure the implementation effect of the performance appraisal. 6. Assist superiors to promote the construction of performance management information system and realize the construction of full-link online process of performance management. 7. Complete other work arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements: 1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, human resource management, business administration, accounting, statistics and other related majors preferred. 2. 1 year or more experience in salary and performance. 3. Understand labor law, labor contract law and other human resources related laws and regulations. 4. With innovative thinking and problem solving ability, good at data analysis, with a good sense of labor risk control and confidentiality. 5. Good written English, oral daily communication.
