Job Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with business departments to understand recruitment needs and utilize various recruitment channels to find suitable candidates. 2. Conduct initial screening via phone, schedule interviews for the business team, and follow through the complete recruitment process until the candidate is onboarded. 3. Assist the business team in building a talent pool and gathering market information. 4. Participate in campus activities, job fairs, team training, and other related events.
Job Requirements: 1. Master degree in any major, overseas experience is preferred. 2. 1-3 years of recruitment experience. 3. Experience in technology consulting, RPO, technical outsourcing, headhunting, or related industries is preferred. 4. Proficiency in spoken and written English for work communication. 5. Proficient in the use of MS Office tools.
