Technical & Knowledge Requirements:
85 Familiar with Windows Server AD architecture and configuration（AD, DHCP, DNS, SCCM and GPO etc.） 85 Familiar with M365 & Azure architecture, solution and configuration (Intune, SharePoint, exchange, MAM/MDM, BYOD, Patching/software management) 85 Familiar with system backup & storage management –server, database, cloud backup for M365, Veeam backup, SAN and vSAN supporting and configuration 85 Familiar with Network system - firewall, switch, wireless, Radius, SDWAN, IPSec, LAN/WAN planning, IPSec, MPLS, wireless AP and SSL-VPN and networking between local with cloud, etc. Ability to do the configuration and troubleshooting 85 Familiar with cloud and virtualization solution - Alibaba Cloud, VMware & Hyper V server/client management and clustering/ virtualization management and optimization 85 Good understanding and familiar with DLP & control solution (Email gateway, NetScope/z-scaler, endpoint control, printing control, GPO, PAM & CyberArk and BYOD management)
Qualification:
85 Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or similar technical oriented education 85 6-8 years of professional experience in IT domain 85 Good English communication skills for collaboration and troubleshooting (English CET-4 or above) 85 Microsoft MCSE Certification 85 Microsoft Azure administrator or architecture certification 85 Cisco, Huawei, H3C network related certification (CCIE/CCNP/ HCIE/HCNP) 85 VMware administrator certification 85 Good collaboration experience & skill - Especially work in cross function environments, or in multi teams’ collaboration (external and internal team) in complex environments 85 Strong learning ability, problem-solving and can work independently 85 Experience in planning and designing Infra architecture for medium/large scale as plus (including overall solution design, redundancy, disaster recovery, and operation and maintenance management) 85 Participated in many (50+) IT project deliveries or multiple projects over 1 million as plus
