Stack Modular is a design and build modular company specializing in purpose-built steel modular projects throughout North America. With offices in China, Canada, and soon, the US, our international team, comprised of Sales & Marketing/BD, Design & Project Management, Procurement, Production, and Logistics Departments, is structured to tackle some of the most challenging markets in the US and Canada. We are looking for someone for the position of Office Manager and Accounts Payable for our company. At Stack you will be working in collaboration with the various departments of the organization located in China, Canada, and US. Position: Office Manager and Accounts Payable.

Requirements:
1. More than 2 years of office working experience (preferably for a foreign firm).
2. Good command of spoken and written English.
3. Familiar with office administration knowledge and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP.
4. Good communication and coordination skills. A real team player.
5. Proactive, meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
6. Positive, enthusiastic, attention to detail and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
61 Cashier: processing payments, collecting fapiaos and preparing and sending all documentation to our company’s accounting firm in a monthly basis. Bank account reconciliation and payment analysis.
61 Administrative Support: Overseeing general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing records, and managing correspondence.
61 Facilities Management: Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained, including overseeing maintenance and repairs.
61 Budget Management: Managing office budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and preparing financial reports.
61 Customer and Client Interaction: Acting as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service. Receiving visitors and answering phone calls.
61 Technology Oversight: Ensuring that office technology, such as computers, printers, and phone systems, are functioning properly and coordinating IT support when necessary.
61 Communication Management: Managing internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and memos.
61 Event Planning: Organizing office events or meetings, which may include coordinating travel and accommodations for staff. Booking flights/hotels/meeting rooms for company members and clients. Preparing visa invitation letters to customers and overseas colleagues.
61 Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or conflicts within the office and finding solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
61 Maintenance of office contracts and dealing with office suppliers.
61 Office Supplies Management: Ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment.
61 Translation of documents English – Chinese (and vice versa).
61 Other administrative and finance requests.
