Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customers/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries. 与供应商/船舶公司/客户/海外办事处有效沟通,及时响应查询及提供良好的客户服务。 4. Follow up shipments closely and keep related parties updated in timely manner及时跟进发货及相关信息的更新。 5. Be responsive and report problems to the Manage. 对问题及时响应及报告给管理部门。 6. Collecting/ Checking/ Dispatching of information and documents收集/检查/信息和文件调度。 7. Processing data progressively in the system在系统中进行相关数据分部处理。 8. Meeting deadline. 及时完成有时间限制的工作。 9. Additional tasks assigned by the Manage. 由经理分配的其他任务。 PERSONAL CAPABILITIES & EDUCATION 1. Fluently read, speak and write English (CET 6 or above). 流利地读,说,写英语(英语6级或以上) 2. Experience in Freight Forwarding would be a great advantage. 有货运经验者优先。 3. Good communication skills and able to work in a team. 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神。 4. Good sense of responsibility. 较强的责任感。 5.
