Job Purpose Familiar with the Ocean market situation , collect the marketing information and report on a regular basis. Supplier Management including maintain the good relationship with the shipping lines / booking agents / Customs brokers / trucking companies / warehouses / etc. Coordinate the releationship among the colleagues and allocate the workload, to rationally allocate the workload among the OP staff; guide and monitor the OPs to complete the work timely and correctly; coordinate with financial department and sales department; respond to and follow up the instructions / demands from the functional managers from HQ. 熟悉海运市场的行情趋势,定期收集市场信息并作汇报. 供应商管理其中包括维护与船公司、航空公司、订舱代理、报关行、车队、仓库等相关单位的关系. 协助员工工作量的分配,合理分配操作员工的工作负荷,指导操作及时准确完成工作;代表操作部门与财务、销售等部门协同配合;与总部职能经理对接,确保总部与操作有关的指令和需求得到及时响应。 Functional Responsibility 1. Guide and monitor the OP’s daily work, evaluate and rate their work performance; 指导、监督操作员工的日常工作,考核下属工作绩效,年终对下属表现进行评级; 2. Constant supervise each OP’s workload, adjust the allocation when necessary, ensure every shipment has enough manpower to take care; 统计每月的货量,及时调整工作分配,确保每个业务都有充足的人力及时准确跟进; 3. Train new OP staff when necessary; 培训新操作员工; 4. Check and offer the freight rates and local charges to the overseas; 查询运价和本地杂费报给目的港同事或者代理; 5. Check and quote to the shippers if they need some value-added service; 为发货人提供本地服务的报价; 6. Handle VIP key account shipments and supervise on any special handling shipments; 操作公司VIP客户或者需要特殊操作的货物; 7. Keep close contact with shipping lines / consolidators / trucking companies / Customer borkers / warehouse, benchmark their quotation and bargain when necessary, ensure our company to get the best service at competitive price; 与船公司 / 拼箱公司 / 卡车公司 / 报关行 / 仓库保持紧密联系,并定期审核其报价,以确保我司得到性价比高的服务; 8. Supporting accounting colleagues to sort out the costs and accounting receivables. 协助财务同事核对成本和应收款项。 9. Other works assigned by the Branch Manager or Head Quarter. 完成分公司经理和总部职能经理分配的其它工作。 Personal Capabilities & Education 1. Minimum 10 years working experience in global freight forwarders; 十年以上国际货运代理企业工作经验; 2. Minimum 5 years of management experience; 五年以上管理工作经验; 3. CET 4 or above is a must, Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English; 英语四级以上, 英文沟通流利(口语和书面); 4. Stron sense of respondiblity, Reliable, Honest, Strong ability of leadership ; 责任心强, 诚信、可靠、有领导力; 5. Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics chain ; 对于物流行业各个环节具备全面知识; 6. The Brazil operation background is a plus; 有巴西线操作经验者优先录用; 7. Bachelor Degree is a plus. 大专以上学历,本科优先录用。
