Be responsible for highlighting and feedback the issues found in customer returns to upstream stakeholders and coordinate the team to get the resolution of the issue.
Daily work includes: ·020202020202During Mass production phase, be responsible for managing customer returns including analyzing failures, generating customer reports and answering customer questions. ·020202020202He/She needs to run electrical analysis on any failures in order to understand the root cause of any issues and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution, in order to improve Micron memory quality level before and after high volume manufacturing.
Requirement: ·020202020202Electronic engineering,02Microelectronics or related field background with BS or MS degree ·020202020202Fluent English in both verbal and written ·020202020202Ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions is required ·020202020202Familiar with semiconductor device physics, reliability physics and modern CMOS fabrication process is preferred ·020202020202Have knowledge on NOR/NAND/RAM/EMMC/UFS is a plus ·020202020202Scripting experience is a plus ·020202020202Good teamwork and communication skills are must ·020202020202Willing to take short business travel
