Job Responsibilities: 1.Profitable revenue growth, including robust new business development. 2.Achieve stated gross margin targets as a percentage of sales 3.By conducting market research and visiting customers, understand the application scenarios of products in the industry, grasp the industry development trends, and obtain information on technical routes and industry standards for products. Through a comprehensive analysis of the market status quo, development trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape, assist management in formulating growth strategies and business development plans for key industry markets and new industry markets. 1)Understand key players, applications, requirements, trends, and needs as well as Avient's potential and share within the targeted industry. Become an industry and product expert to leverage successes across the industry. 2)Establish a linkage between the customer’s business strategy and LAPP's capabilities. 3)Participate in strategy development, help position the business and develop the offer. Assist in defining the target markets, and commercial strategy. 4)Closely follow market dynamics and the situation of competitors. 5)Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers. 6)Implement LAPP's, pricing and market strategies as well as business practices. Negotiate customer contracts and value packages to insure an acceptable return on LAPP resources invested. 7)Manage strategic relationships, cultivate new alliances, and monitor competitive activity. 4. Be responsible for expanding business scope in China and developing key customers in breakthrough industries. 1)Develop written Account Plans for strategic accounts including metrics to define annualized sales potential at each account. 2)Negotiate pricing and contracts to deliver value and growth. 3)Establish account development plans and network resources up, down and across both the customer’s organization and LAPP. 4)Develop account relationships, identify opportunities and capture the specification for LAPP's products at strategic accounts within assigned geography or industry. 5)Establish, track and close new business targets consistent with short and long-term objectives at designated accounts within the territory. 6)Develop contact matrix and establish strong relationships with key decision makers and project facilitators. 7)Prospecting and cold calling. 8)Coordinate closely with regional sales teams as well as collaborating with the technical area as necessary to accelerate and drive profitable growth through solutions selling to targeted accounts. 5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the overall industry solution and product characteristic advantages are effectively conveyed to customers; compile industry product application manuals, sort out industry business development cases, and conduct experience summaries and method sharing within the sales team; continuously improve the sales ability of the sales team in industry customer business and break through industry customers. 6. Work closely with the product team. Based on understanding of the industry, application pain points, customer needs, and technical trends, put forward suggestions for improvement, optimization, and development of products and solutions. Collaborate and promote the product team to formulate an industry product roadmap, conduct product iterations, develop solutions, and develop new products; be responsible for internal cross-departmental coordination and communication, and promote product R & D and supply chain factories to focus on key industry businesses.
Qualifications: 1.Bachelor or master degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering/electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/business administration. 2.More than 10 years of work experience in business development/sales/product/market in the new energy vehicle or new energy storage/battery industry. 3.Be familiar with new energy vehicle factories, three-electric and Tier 1 and 2 parts supporting factories, products and related application industries. 4.Be familiar with electronic component products such as wires and cables, connectors, wire harnesses and related application industries. 5.Possess comprehensive market industry business development ability, product technical ability, and customer sales ability. 6.Have excellent market analysis ability, data analysis ability, self-discipline and self-driven ability, and result-oriented ability. 7.Possess good customer relationship establishment and maintenance ability, team spirit, resource integration ability, learning ability, adaptability, communication and coordination ability, and clear logical thinking; be proactive, open and cooperative, dedicated and responsible, upright and reliable, and pioneering and enterprising. 8.Be fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English.
