Responsibilities 1. Build a strong connection with car makers in order to expand the business 2. Deploy a market analysis in order to target new customers for each technology, define the strategy to approach them and execute the actions identified 3. To reach the assigned target of Order Acquisition 4. Participating the commercial contract discussion/negotiation; 5. Leading customer purchase order process (order receiving & release and payment); 6. Coordinating the cross function teams of the company to ensure a customers’ satisfaction; 7. Support business development manager for new opportunity and marketing activities etc; 8. Analyze the integration of customer on quality indicators, reliability and service level, deriving from warning network and purpose of improvement action; 9. Evaluate customer satisfaction made by customer (indicator, survey); 10. Support Sales Administration Manager for reporting activity; 11. Other tasks by manager; Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree, knowledge on engine/engine control is a plus; 2. Minimum 5 years China auto industry working experience; 3. Good oral and written English communication ability; 4. Capacity to apply APQP,PPAP, ISO/TS 16949, Project Management, Marketing & Competition Analysis, Product Knowledge; 5. Good knowledge of how to make Effective Presentation, Quotation Knowledge, Offer& Contract Management,P1; 6. Willing to frequent travel over China; teamwork; 7. Basic computer skill;
