Purpose of position:
Lead and monitor the 3rd party logistics activities of International transportation, warehouse management, inland transportation to have a smooth & on time operation process with efficient cost .
To have better aftersales service on well handling customer’s quality claim.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up the international transportation activities from Oversea suppliers to APAC sea/air harbor according to customer’s needs in order to meet the monthly sales revenue achievement on time;
2. Take in charge warehouse management both of bonded and non-bonded:
61 Warehouse inbound & outbound ( receiving, pick & pack)
61 Monthly Stocktaking accuracy
61 Monthly warehouse running volume and cost
3. Operate domestics inland transportation from both bonded and non-bonded warehouse to the customer’s sites as well as the cost:
61 On time delivery as promised by 3rd party logistics service provider
61 Delivery cost and volume
4. Instruct and monitor the direct deliveries service from local plant to customer’s site.
5. Make daily communication with other departments
61 With Finance Dept.: Monthly cost
61 With Sales Dept.: Stock available / Sales order operation status / Delivery status
6. Full fill the KPI monthly report on time.
7. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Over 3-4 years Logistics working experience of bonded & non-bonded warehouse operation/ inland delivery , automotive aftermarket experience is preferred;
3. Good knowledge of the principle of international trading business among China and other countries.
4. Good PC skills for MS-Office software is must, WMS & SAP skills be a plus.
5. Good command of English in both spoken and written;
