Responsibilities: 1) Seek, establish and strengthen relationships with potential and existing Key Accounts in the project business. 2) Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Accounts needs, for example, regarding the product portfolio, processes & structures and drive their implementation across the organization. 3) Educate and train the key account organization about cooling and freezing appliance in the Libeherr unique selling point. 4) Create solutions for architectural concepts and specifications for Key Accounts. 5) Analyze the development of markets, channels and competitors relevant to Key Account Management. 6) Grow sales with existing product portfolio and coordinate the launch of new products. 7) Assess sales potentials and develop sales strategies & policies for specific channels and Key Accounts. 8) Co-negotiate contracts / sales conditions with Key Accounts and ensure that goals of customers are balanced with internal requirements. 9) Provide subject-matter expertise to the Head of KAM for the overall development of the Key Account in the project business. 10) Lead or co-lead strategic projects concerning developing the business with Key Accounts in the project business. Requirements: 1) College ’s degree 2) Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant majors 3) Any sales / communication training is an asset 4) Min 5 years of experience in project sales in white goods or international building material industry. Min 3 years of experience in key accounts management 5) Marketing Mix 6) Good in English both Oral and Written 7) Computer application skills 8) Work together 9) Talking and listening to each other 10) Being open for change and development 11) Making competent decisions 12) Thinking and acting responsibly
