Job Responsibilities: 1.Manage QC team and ensure that they should work according to our customer standard and company requirements. 2. Updates buyer and management on quality and delivery issues. 3. Arrange inspections and QC schedule to make sure that all merchandise must be inspected before ship out. 4.Regular update to QC team on quality issue to get better result and improve quality. 5.Review all inspection report as per customer as well as urgency of goods and make commercial call on result. Also consult with buyers and managements when needed. 6.Discuss inspection result and production schedule with related merchandiser to make work smooth and easy. 7.Coordinate with factories to get production plan so can pay extra attention on critical orders. 8.Manage QC schedule and ensure that QC reach factory on time to avoid OT and shipment delay issue. 9.Regular visit to factories and check their production to avoid mistakes and reduce risk at final inspection. 10.Checks production updates with factories and merchandisers to ensure that goods will ship on time with good quality. 11.Raising alarm/flag to our buyers and managements for all issue which can affect quality and delivery. Work with factory and buyer to solve those problems. 12.Cross check to factories that all QC comments must be incorporate during production. 13.Work with merchant team; discuss all running critical issues and upcoming order on weekly meeting, also on regular intervals. Qualifications: - College diploma or above in textiles - 10+ years working experience in home textile (bedding,home deco,bath products preferred) or a similar working capacity - Familiar with US market and US retailers like WALMARE,TARGET,COSTCO, SAM'S,etc. - Excellent communication and management skills. - PC proficiency including Microsoft Office programs - Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
