Responsible for the overall project quality control activities including but are not limited to:
61 10 quality working experience on chemical / petrochemical project or Pharma project.
61 Fluent English skill for oral speaking, writing and reading.
61 Reporting to Manager the status and performance of quality control on projects. And summarizing and reporting the lessons learned and points he or she thinks important for continuous performance improvement.
61 Developing the specific project quality control plan or concerned part in the project quality plan and procedures as required.
61 Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of the project QC procedures, including those of the subcontractors through monitoring, surveillances and audits, reviewing & verifying corrective action as required.
61 Verification of qualification and control of welders, inspectors and testing personnel.
61 Preparation and issue the QA/QC weekly report or monthly report in the project.
61 Developing and implementing quality control program and QC surveillance plan to ensure that all activities related to QA/QC at the sites are performed in compliance with the requirements of the contract, quality plan, procedures, specifications, codes and standards.
61 Coordinating with projects discipline groups, Authority and customer to ensure that the quality requirements are achieved in a planned, systematic and timely manner.
61 Resolving quality control problems identified by QA/QC personnel by suggesting, recommending, or providing the method of solution.
61 Controlling further processing or delivery of nonconforming products or services in liaison with the Project Managers and QC Engineers until such time deficiency or nonconformity is verified/rectified.
61 Ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are implemented for continuous improvement in quality performance.
61 Reviewing construction execution plans or procedures prepared and submitted by subcontractors for all quality matters to ensure relevant codes and standards and project quality requirements are met and maintained when required.
61 Providing formal orientation, indoctrination and training to QC Engineers, Superintendents and Inspectors to acquaint them with the pertinent QC manuals, procedures and the required documentation.
61 Preparation and turnover of the final QA/QC documentation packages.
