Job Descriptions
61 Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide advice and solutions on technical issues considering the features and limitations of products and materials
61 Assist in managing a team of QA inspectors to provide QA inspection services
61 Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process
61 Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers’ compliance standards
61 Check samples against product specifications as sample inspections to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standards
61 Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
61 Manage a team of QA inspectors to provide QA inspection services
61 Formulate quality policy to align inspection standard between customers and factories
61 Establish and execute supplier quality and performance strategy and system
61 Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process
61 Identify product quality risk and develop solution plans
61 Set up guidelines for selection of vendors and identify reliable vendors with the establishment of factory assessment and quality audit template; coordinate with compliance team or 3rd party for factory audit; establish quality KPI and vendor scoring system
61 Manage the quality standards with regular updates on new regulations, elaborate country regulations, safety requirements and norm, analyze quality failure and implement assessment corrective and preventive action
61 Lead the quality team in new product qualification, technical file, product control plan, certification, etc
61 Align quality standard, factory audit and testing requirements with team in other offshore offices
61 Establish a quality assurance system, providing trainings, conduct audits or assessments on vendors, conduct product inspections
61 Create and maintain SOP and client quality process
61 Perform other duties as assigned by management69

Requirements
61 Degree in related discipline preferred
61 Understanding of product knowledge of DIY and multi-media product.
61 Minimum 6 years' relevant experience
61 Strong knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/AQL 1.5/4.0 is a must
61 Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
61 Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communication effectively with internal and external parties
61 Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
61 Excellent command of written and spoken English
61 Literate in Microsoft office programs
61 Frequent travel is required
