Job Description As a Pharma Manager, you will directly work with end customers in the domestic pharmaceutical industry. And focus on the top ten pharmaceutical customers. Use your capability to build or enhance the business relationships with your target customers through customer visiting, attending seminar, exhibition, etc. Collect and refine the industry information to generate the effective business opportunities, then make it quantifiable and trackable. Combine the strategies of Global and Chinese company to promote our company's products in Chinese market and ensure successful sales.
Key Responsibilities Track the dynamics of China policies and regulations for pharmaceutical industry, predict policy trends, and work out the suggestions to our company's response strategies. Establish a list of key end customers in the domestic pharmaceutical industry, maintain and rich customer database. Based on good end-market mastery, you will lead the total process of new project and realize direct sales to end pharma customers and contribute to indirect sales for OEM customers. Closely coordinate with other teams, enhance the extra value for the products of Laetus and combine the marking products of Videojet to give customer total solutions in China Pharma market. Education, Background and Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, science and engineering background is preferred. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the field of pharmaceutical industry. Fluent in English. Strong internal and external communication management. High professionalism and strong willingness for travelling.
