As a CRM Assistant Manager/Senior Officer based in Shanghai headquarter office, you will play a pivotal role in securing “House 66” loyalty program implementation and driving the customer centric strategy pull-through via various CRM initiatives including partnership, member experience program and operating CRM multi-system related tasks, member behavior analysis, data analysis and reporting.
Responsibility 1. Support central CRM team to implement CRM strategies or membership program initiatives for group loyalty program in mainland China. 2. Support 3rd party partnership negotiations and follow-up works. 3. Collaborate closely with local mall operation/marketing team to ensure successful implementation of CRM initiatives including operation & communication guidance, follow-ups, feedback collection, prompt issues resolving etc. 4. Support CRM team on program performance review& monitor, tactics evaluation, member experience creation, member engagement 5. Utilize CRM tools to analyze shopper data, segment customer profiles, and identify trends to tailor marketing strategies and improve customer retention. 6. Support various analysis about customer insights, program performance evaluation/review with local malls 7. Support system-related works for member experience/engagement enhancement. 8. Conduct operation support works out of daily operational requests from local malls 9. Support maintenance of membership program T&C, SOP and guidelines for providing guidance on customer and data handling 10. Coordinate with different functional teams (i.e. CI) for guarding the CRM data security, member fraud related. 11. Ad-hod CRM projects/tasks. 12. Office-based with regular onsite visits to local shopping mall. 13. Flexible hours to accommodate events, campaigns, or tenant meetings. 14. Occasional travel may be required for industry conferences or tenant visits.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - 3-5 years experiences of CRM/retail marketing. - Experience with luxury retail/shopping mall/commercial real estate highly preferred - Good communication skill - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate in customer engagement strategies. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools to interpret data and drive strategic decisions and comfortable handling data related matters. - Proficient skill in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Comfortable handling system-related and/or technical matters - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English and Chinese (mandarin a must), both written and spoken - Embracing our values of integrity, sustainability, excellence and openness.
