GENERAL SUMMARY Provide support for all local employees, in areas of recruitment, staffing , training, employee benefits and other related HR projects PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
61 Responsible for the administration in relation to Leave Management ;Employee pre on boarding, New Employee Orientation; Employee Exit ,Employment Contract Renewal and probation expiry notification and employee personal profile management 61 Responsible for full cycle of hiring process including submitting pre req form , creating requisition in the HR system, weekly recruiting report, in take session , screening candidates, interviewing , preparing offer proposal and negotiating offer and background check. 61 Continuous Improve recruitment efficiency and ensure recruitment cost is within annual budget 61 Responsible for Employee Benefits including Employee activities ,annual dinner ,employee birthday employee outing and various engagement activities. 61 Assist HR director with general employee communications and preparing correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations. 61 Develop annual training calendar and support various training programs including Monthly Sharing Project 61 Explore external Training resources to meet internal customers development needs. 61 Local Staff's resident / luohu permit, Expat staffs work permit record and tracking; Prepare visa materials for foreign visitors and China colleagues; 61 Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, as well as create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. 61 Support and work with the department director for other HR programs and projects. 61 Payroll Administration including quarterly bonus plan calculation , mandatory benefits updates 61 Liaison with stakeholders in daily administration support. 61 Other assigned by the HR department head EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 61 Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. 61 At least 5 years experience in HR function 61 MNC background is preferred SKILLS: 61 Demonstrates strong written, verbal in both of English and Chinese 61 Good communication & negotiation skills 61 Planning and organization skills 61 Good team player and result oriented 61 High level of interpersonal skills 61 Proficient with Microsoft Office including word.
