Immediate Supervisor Production Engineering & Maintenance Manager
Job Summary The Facility manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Also involves developing maintenance strategies, managing a team of technicians, and coordinating the maintenance schedule to minimize downtime while optimizing productivity.This role also includes managing maintenance, security, space planning, and utility services, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Key Responsibilities ● Team Management: ○ Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing training initiatives ○ Schedule workloads and manage personnel to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks ● Maintenance Planning and Troubleshooting: ○ Develop and implement TPM and a preventive and predictive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime. ○ Lead troubleshooting efforts to address equipment failures and improve reliability. ○ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history. ○ Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies ○ Make sure maintenance area 4S implements and audit ○ Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. ○ Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. ● Facilities Management: ○ Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of buildings and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. ○ Develop and implement processes to improve facility efficiency and reduce operating costs. ○ Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies, coordinating repairs and communicating with relevant stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. ○ Responsible for the maintenance of the facilities, improvement of water, electrical utilization and CO2 reduction in operation ○ Manage external contractors and service providers of facilities ● Compliance and Safety: ○ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental and industry standards. ○ In charge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and EHS system management of facility parts ○ Responsible for EHS management within the life cycle of equipment & facilities, taking into account the intrinsic safety of equipment & facilities; responsible for the management of special equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsible for the implementation of EHS "three Simultaneities" system by adopting new, reconstruction and expansion projects as well as technical transformation projects. ● Other tasks assigned by maintenance Manager
Experience/ Education ● More than 5 years technical working experience in Manufactory Company; ● Familiar with cranes, forklift, air-compressor, HV&AC, Power supply, and fire protection system. ● Professional knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001; ● Proven experience in managing facility operations and maintenance. ● Bachelor degree or above.
