Job Purpose: Being part of China Corporate Affairs Team, the zone leader role will take charge of both GA & PA projects, setting to expand business resources and provide seamless support for retailing operations, specifically tasked with the responsibility of creating a positive corporate influence, collaborating to improve business performance and leading the critical issues management. As the key partner of the East China Business Team, the role will also build and retain the GA and PA relations according to the whole supply chain business priorities, creating a favorable external business environment for the long term.
Responsibilities: #Strategy Definition, develop and execute zone PR & GR strategy that supports China Strategy and Zone Priority, achieve the collaborations. #Stakeholders Mapping, map out, communicate, engage and influence a broad range of key PR & GR stakeholders proactively, build and maintain the efficient networks with trust. #Reputation Management, project the PR & GR corporate image which may contribute to efficient achievement of business topline, shape the corporate reputation regarding threats and opportunities. #Issue & Crisis Management, manage the critical issues and lead the crises management, represent and lead the business team to response. #Policy Monitoring and Analysis, provide the insights and counsels and create a clear understanding that may impact business, identify the opportunities and threats. #PR Content Drafting, write the press releases, media advisories, pitches, and other communications materials; create and schedule corporate media content, engaging with followers, and monitoring online conversations #PR Events Organization, organize PR programs such as press conferences, brand activations, and industry conventions, and respond to media inquiries. #PR Monitoring, Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and report on key metrics.
任职要求 · Sport lover, who regularly practices sports and possesses strong motivation and desire to build the sport brand in the local market. · A pragmatic leader, who would love to perform well with retail topline and quickly fit in corporate culture. · 3+ years experience at PA or/and GA management roles in multinational companies, previous government or media working background is a plus. · Bilingual speaker, who possess strong verbal and written skills to converse with external stakeholders both in English and mandarin. · Result oriented, who is able to start to build trusting influencer relationships through targeted mapping. · Being able to initiate and drive internal cross team collaborations. · Demonstrable track record of managing issues and handling crises.
