Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for route to market strategy development and implementation to support cross function BU achieve sales goals. The responsibility includes aftermarket business opportunity study, distributors’ network planning/construction, distributors’ capability development, new business model design & pilot.

Responsibilities:
1.Route to market Strategy & planning. Channel planning based on updated market profile.
2. Potential business model and distributor selection according to Network planning.
3.Distributor competence development.
4. Dis. Vision set up for that accelerating the progress of dealerships
Dis. Capability assessment (audit) and gap closure plan setting, timely
tracking & Quarterly review.
5. Develops and maintains the Dis. Sales process, tools usage and best practices, and Operational excellence.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Sales / Business Management field, MBA is plus.
2. 8+ years of a professional network management background in distributor business function with solid experience acquired in MNC and the working experience in Lubricants / Automobile After-market / segment is preferable.
3. -Master of network (Channel) strategy & planning on updated market profile
-Ability to:
o Good skill of data processing and analyzing to help sales team improve efficiency and find market opportunities.
o Be hands on and drive the business to support Sales team achieve sales target.
o Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, at all levels and can present complex information.
o Work well under pressure, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and risk mitigation/management.
o Advise on available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to area of expertise and can make appropriate choices from alternatives.
-Excellent team player with close collaboration and partnership with internal & external stakeholders
-Bilingual language capability with fluent in English.

- Can accept some business travel and strong pressure resistance.
