Responsibilities:
61 Manage existing supplier portfolio, develop, and review sourcing strategies for responsible product portfolio to optimize the supply chain and mitigate supply chain risks.
61 Lead price negotiations and price changes for existing and new product range.
61 Secure market price transparency by regular comparisons and benchmark.
61 Respond to market and commodity developments promptly and independently.
61 Contract and purchasing terms and conditions negotiation with suppliers in Asia, including signing and documentation.
61 Work in project teams for new product or alternative supplier development, with responsibility in supplier evaluation based on policy and procedures of the group, including risk assessment, sustainability, and social compliance requirements.
61 Plan and monitor main purchasing KPI: Price development, service level vendors, supplier rating and complaints by implementing necessary measures for continuous improvement.
61 Maintain and keep transparency of responsible supplier and purchasing database.

Requirement & Qualifications:
61 Bachelor or above degree, major in business administration, purchasing or supply chain management.
61 At least 3 years work experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing or supply chain management
61 Proficient in English writing and speaking. Other languages as German, would be a plus.
61 Proficient knowledge and experience in supplier & project management, as well as procurement processes combined with strong negotiation skills.
61 Strong data analysis & coordination skills with excellent communication to find best solutions.
61 Technical or commercial personality with technical understanding and uncompromising quality and service mindset with the ability to assert yourself.
61 Independence and ability to work under pressure in global teams.
61 Experienced dealing with the Microsoft Office programs (WGS365) will be required, experience with AP/R3 is desirable.
61 Good mental and physical health conditions.
