P&L role.Responsible for customer management job of key LV customers in China. Current total >$150M. The role is beyond normal account director because of much more diversity customers linked to Garrett Global key accounts Daimler, BMW in China, and new energy customer. The position is facing very much complicated situation in a more competitive and dynamic market. The position leads cross-functional Tier meeting MOS including sales manager (solid line), PM (dot line ) and engineer, NPI buyer, AME (no line) to achieve the business KPI targets (Revenue, Share of Demand, Win Rate, Material Margin, Flawless Launch, Pricing, NPS, Payment, Warranty and OTTR ) for global passenger vehicles customer groups. Furthermore, the role not only leads related core turbo business growth including WG and VNT, but also drives customer engagement and product introduction of breakthrough initiatives growth such as ePowertrain and eCooling in local customers.

Responsibility
P&L planning and execution:
Lead to plan AOP (Revenue, Share of Demand, Win Rate, Material Margin, Flawless Launch, Pricing, NPS, Payment, Warranty and OTTR ) and drive cross function team to achieve it. Align with global account for global accounts' plan in China.
Long term Strategy and new business wins:
Lead to plan 5 to 10 years business plan ( share of demand, Revenue, margin, technology roadmap, resource and budget ) and defind winning strategy, align with global teams;Drive cross function team to win target new programs (prepare PQF, quotation strategy, prepare technical proposal , negotiation)
Business operation:
1) Turbo business: Lead and drive task forces for delivery and quality issues, new launches, demand forecast and capacity management, commercial negotiation, AR past due and unbilled bad debt management, dead stock (E/O) management
2) Fuel cell business: responsibilities of commercail related including account plan, business win, flawless launch, annual commercial quotation, payment, warranty and DEEP.
3) NGV (eCooling and ePowertrain): work togethe with global and local biz team to engage responsible customers to sign POC and furether introduce NGV to mass productions

Requirements
15 years+ of relevant experience in automotive industry, commercial /program management /application engineering experience, with people/ team management experience in inernational auto parts company
University, Bachelor and beyond degree (engineering, MBA preferred)
