Drive Vertical Customers and other KAs from Regional Level to replace LTC (Shimizu) and other Global support functions moving back to Hitachi from China export through HKT.
What you will do:
1. Oversee business development and cultivate export business with oversee JCH branches
2. Marketing analysis and sales enablement activities for oversee sales activities
3. Develop oversee strategy and implement key actions and responsible for overseeing C2R sales quota
4, Build strong pipeline and review with different branches for problems solving to deliver target
5. Coordinate and push/pull manufactory to support oversee business requirement and track up to manage well
6. Set-up and guide the fundamental process with COD and other supporting team for policy and routine order fulfillment flow etc.
WORKING LOCATION: Shanghai/Guangzhou/ Hongkong, China
What we look for:
1. HVAC has proven sales manager experience, and 5+ years in export sales/business development. 2. Has oversee functional coordination experience and can work with cross team with well communication skills 3. Experience in working in a global team environment and communicating effectively across multiple cultures 4. Fluent language skills in English and Mandarin. 5. Marketing background and oversee experience will be good plus points 6. Can travel frequently
