Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for connecting tug operators and agents around the world with Chinese shipping companies, which involves understanding the needs of both parties and facilitating partnerships.
2.Maintaining and growing the market share of the companies exclusively represented by Company in the local shipping market is a critical aspect of the role.
3.Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the services offered by the towage and agency providers represented by Company.
4.Being part of a global team, the Commercial Manager will receive constant support and guidance from the Athens headquarters, indicating a collaborative and integrated approach to business operations.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, shipping, or marketing is required, indicating a need for a strong understanding of business principles and practices, as well as specific knowledge in the shipping industry.
2. At least 3 years of maritime experience is preferred, with additional value placed on experience in to-wage, port agency, or offshore services, demonstrating a practical understanding of the industry.
3. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with international and local partners.
4. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Technical Proficiency: Fully proficient with MS Office is a requirement, as it is a standard tool for managing documents, presentations, and data analysis in a professional setting.
