What we are looking for:
* Experience / Background: We are looking for an experienced candidate with
around 10+ years of experience in Indirect procurement / Sourcing, in an
international environment, and preferred in the manufacturing industry etc..
* Category Management: Solid experience in category management, Category
strategies developing/implementation/refresh etc., Demand and forecast
management, and Project management, etc..
* Performance Delivery: Proving tracking record for strong Year-over-Year
performance/delivery.
Ability to drive from one raw initiative to transform and realize the value in
a timely manner.
* Supplier Relationship Management: Experience with managing complex supplier
relationships through a structured SRM program.
* Stakeholder Management. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability
to drive initiatives regionally (& globally) in a matrix organization.
* Leadership: Inspiring & motivating leader with ability to drive engaged
teams focusing on continuous improvements.
* Commercial Mindset: Strong commercial mindset with a focus on achieving
cost-effective solutions in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
* Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiator with the ability to manage multiple
stakeholders.
* International Mindset and Cultural Awareness: Ability to embody the
Carrier’s Values, integrate yourself in the Carrier culture and effectively
collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers from a variety of cultural
backgrounds.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and
spoken, in English.

Results-oriented, Positive mindset, and ability to drive to continuously
develop and reach the next level.
