The main missions of the role are to: The role of the HR Specialist is to support the Division HR team in collecting, processing, and analyzing data from factories. This role involves leveraging tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to design and implement efficient workflows and data analytics platforms, providing technical support for HR management and decision-making. The main missions of the role are to: 1. Requirements Analysis and System Design - Collaborate with the HR team to understand the requirements for monthly data collection and analysis. - Design data collection, processing, and analysis solutions based on the Power Platform. 2. Application Development and Workflow Automation - Develop user-friendly forms using Power Apps for factory HR teams to submit data. - Automate data collection, classification, validation, and exception alerts using Power Automate workflows. 3. Data Analysis and Visualization - Create real-time dashboards in Power BI to display key metrics (e.g., attrition rate, attendance rate, and training completion rate). - Develop data models to help the HR team identify trends, forecast issues, and formulate strategies. 4. System Maintenance and Optimization - Regularly monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of Power Platform solutions. - Enhance functionality and user experience based on feedback from the HR team. 5. Technical Support and Training - Provide technical support to the HR team to ensure efficient tool utilization. - Conduct training sessions to familiarize factory HR teams with the data submission processes and analysis tools. 6. Comply with company’s ethics codes, management codes and conduct codes, etc. 7. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Strong data modeling and analytical skills with the ability to create complex visual reports in Power BI. - Familiarity with database systems such as SQL, Dataverse, or SharePoint data structures. - 0 – 2 years of experience in Power Platform development; experience in HR data processing or similar scenarios is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated and capable of independently managing tasks in complex projects. - Fluent in English
