Job Responsibilities Job Summary: You will work closely with all division business colleagues, supporting functions, internal IT team to manage and execute assigned projects and to manage assigned applications for driving revenue and productivity. The candidate will also ensure stability of assigned applications running and fulfill maintenance and change request from business side. Key Responsibilities: 61 Manage overall CRM (SFDC) as super user role for China both system administration and data discipline, implement and support sales team by defined sales process 61 Lead China CRM change projects by collaboration with IT and other function teams for system enhancement in align with business needs 61 Participate APAC CRM projects on behalf of China to address China team’s business needs 61 Conduct data analytics by building up PowerBI-based dashboard 61 Support other commercial initiatives Qualifications: 61 At least Bachelor’s Degree, sales support or IT related is preferred. 61 At least 3 years working experience on business support or IT business analysis, with strong prototype and documentation skills. 61 3+ working experience on Project Management. 61 Be familiar with SFDC/CRM/FD System. 61 Working knowledge of the security & compliance. 61 Good communication skill in both Chinese and English. 61 Be flexible to work in fast-grown environment and under pressure. 61 Positive working attitude, willingness to learn.
