JOB MISSION: -Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy that engages the target audience of teenager across keys platforms. -Actively contribute to help the brand to driver business and support the organization to deliver KPI. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: 1)SOCIAL MEDIA: a.XiaoHongShu account - creating content strategy, define the social media calendar, mange advertising budget, track the results and main KPI metrics. Collaboration with the platform to scout local micro and mid influencer to amplify brand awareness, engagement and driver traffic to Tmall and Retail locations. b.Asses the development on other platforms including Douying, Wechat, Weibo. 2)KOC: define a calendar with KOC to create engagement among other customer to create brand amplification, using the KOC as brand ambassadors. 3)KOL: identify the influencers aligned with brand values and aesthetic and define calendar of collaboration and ensure the execution, monitor the performance and assure the brand representation. It can be done with the support of PR agency or multiple agencies for each city. 4)CELEBRITY: organize product placement with organic collaboration in order to create assets to be used on social media. 5)INFLUENCERS: establish relationship with Chinese micro and mid influencer localized outside China and create assets to be used both on XiaoHongShu and other platform with the support of team in Italy. 6)Collaborate with marketing, HQ, & local teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand identity and seasonal campaigns. 7)Create, curate & localize compelling content (posts, videos, images) that reflects current trends and resonates with the brand's youthful demographic. 8)Analyze social media metrics to identify top-performing content and optimize future posts based on insights. 9)Stay informed on social media trends and best practices in China to continuously enhance content strategy and execution.
