Job summary


This position entails providing comprehensive IT solutions to external clients, encompassing IT infrastructure, data security, and compliance consulting services. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the existing team to implement the IT solutions delivered to clients. The individual in this role will play a pivotal part in the sales process of external IT and IS services through cross-departmental and cross-office collaboration. Key competencies required for this position include consistent customer care, adherence to quality standards, strong communication skills, and extensive knowledge of IT compliance requirements and practices. Furthermore, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow is essential for success in this role.




Principal Responsibilities:(Essential Function)


· External compliance service to clients

o Propose comprehensive IT solutions, including advisory services on IT infrastructure, cloud services, IT support, data security, and compliance management to address client needs.



o Manage multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.



o Monitoring developments and trends in data security compliance, and disseminating knowledge and experience through marketing initiatives.



o Identifying applicable compliance requirements based on the client's current business and IT operations/environment.



o Conducting gap analyses against security and compliance standards, and identifying potential deficiencies in existing practices.



o Evaluating potential risks and proposing solutions for improvements.



o Collaborating with relevant stakeholders regarding findings and necessary corrective actions.


· Marketing partnerships

o Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to promote IT solutions through seminars and various marketing materials.



o Implementing and advocating IT solutions, including compliance and data security initiatives, to potential clients, thereby strengthening the DSA IT Compliance Advisory brand.



o Coordinating compliance-related training sessions and providing regular updates for IBA colleagues and other essential operational teams that manage significant amounts of personal information processing.



Job Requirements


Skills

· Possess experience and proficiency in IT governance, risk management, and control, with knowledge of ISO27001 and ISO27701. IT audit experience is highly preferable.


· Possess extensive knowledge in cloud solutions, particularly AWS or Azure.


· Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of security and privacy law compliance, including PIPL, CSL, DSL, GDPR, and other relevant
IT-related laws, regulations, and national standards.


· Possess practical compliance experience within China's regulatory framework, including Multi-Level Protection Scheme (MLPS),
privacy management, or personal information protection.


· Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to make sound judgments in customer service situations.


· The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who is self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


· Be prepared to travel and work outside normal office hours in response to urgent and critical incidents.


· Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to use English proficiently for professional purposes.



Education


· Bachelor in IT or related discipline


· Any certificate of CIPT / CDPSE / DPO / CISA / CISSP / ISO27001 will be a plus

Experience


· 3-5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years focus on compliance or information security


· Working experience in multi-national company will be a plus
