Job description
61 Assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
61 Plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
61 Take responsibility for the execution of the Time to Market Process (TtM) for individual development programs in China.
61 Predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers.
61 Maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form).
61 Foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measures for success.
61 Keep contact and communicate with customers and coordinate open issues.
61 Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
61 Execute LRR (Launch Readiness Review) process in cooperation with Operations management as programs transition to launch phase and start of production.
61 Follow and continuously improve program management system, contract review, and APQP processes.

61 Bachelor or above in Automotive, industrial engineering or business administration, engineering background is preferred.
61 Proficient command of the Mandarin, English language in both spoken and written, the second foreign language is a plus
61 The knowledge of project management methods, tools, PMP certification is a plus
61 Excellence application of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.)
61 At least 3 years of project management with engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing, at international company or in Automotive industry will be a plus
61 A minimum of six years’ combined auto industry experience at OEM supply base
