Job purpose: To manage the schedule and progress measurement system in project. To collect project progress information and report the project status.
Main duties: Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of project planning & scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc). To define the project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). To support client approval process of the Schedule Baseline by providing accurate data. To get client approval of progress claimed or milestones achievement in order to enable invoicing. To monitor and control the project status, to detect any delay and to propose corrective actions in order to mitigate risks and prevent any delay when assigned to project as and when necessary. To estimate the delay linked with changes and claims and to prepare the extension of time analysis, in case of delay due to client. To collect progress information from disciplines to update schedule and prepare project monthly report and weekly or bi-weekly progress report. To increase project team members’ awareness of the project milestones, main durations and critical paths. To provide project feedback and lessons learned in order to improve the planning & scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of planning department. To complete the close out report with project final data related to scheduling. Qualifications Requirements: Must have: Working experiences - 5 years relevant working experience Education background - Above bachelor degree Knowledge / Skill Good at English writing and Fluent oral English.
Nice to have: Good knowledge of scheduling computer tools. Good knowledge in E, P, C work processes. Certification in project management ex- standard Project Management certifications PMI, AACE or equivalent.
