Overview: This position is responsible for end-to-end analysis and design of products in the MA&SCM business area. In this role, close collaboration with different teams both internally and externally is required. Therefore, a multi-faceted competency will be required, including in requirements definition and management, user research, user experience analysis, business situation analysis, stakeholder relationship management, and testing.
Responsibility: - Build and manage business relationships with business teams including Market Access and Commercial. - Work closely with business users to gather and analyze business needs, understand and manage users’ expectations, and finalize business processes and requirement document. - Contribute to the product roadmap based on market environment change (both business and technical), collaborate with cross-team to assess the technical solution and drive roadmap realization. - Manage Project/Product teams to deliver high-quality results, collaborate with development team to build and deploy business capabilities to drive business productivity, efficiency and effectiveness, support testing and UAT. - Collaborate closely with other IT Technical product teams and global IT to ideate, create, design, implement, and deploy value-driven solutions. - Work closely with the AMS team to track issues and drive issue fixing.
Required Experience and Skills: - Solid experience or skill of working with the business team as a business analyst or product analyst. - Demonstrating skills in communicating and collaborating effectively with multiple teams. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Passion to drive the value per solution definition, solution delivery, and solution adoption. - Eager to dig into business needs and enthusiastic about new technologies. Knowledge: - Knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices - Knowledge on DSDLC (Digital Software Development Life Cycle) and project management - Working Experience in Pharmaceutical Industries and MNC is preferred. - Fluent English Communication is a must.
