Responsibilities: 61 Drive and direct end-to-end supply chain process for the Global Key Accounts. 61 Demonstrate ability to lead and coach a diverse team. 61 Fully satisfy the needs of the Global Key Accounts’ requirement and deliver the products exactly as designed. 61 Develop and deliver key performance measures for all supply chain requirements of the Global Key Accounts. 61 Drive the implementation and delivery of supply chain projects. 61 Maintain good relationship with Global Key Accounts and other functional units, build good team spirit to overcome challenges and achieve the goals set by the Management team. 61 Find new initiatives to manage cost and increase profitability. 61 Develop and implement long-term goals to ensure operation efficiency and service stability. 61 Collaborate internally and externally to find solutions for problem-solving and operational excellence. 61 Direct supplier performance improvement through the supplier performance management process. 61 Ensure the financial objectives set by the Company are met properly. 61 Promote the Company culture, arrange staff training and performance evaluation.
Requirements: 61 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management with International Freight Forwarding and/or in related industries, preferably with account managerial and operational experience 61 Degree graduate or above in Supply Chain Management or business-related disciplines. 61 Exceptional communicator able to understand and deliver messages at all levels 61 Problem solver and able to deliver realizable solutions 61 Passionate about achieving excellence 61 Approachable with motivating communication and interpersonal skills 61 Excellent personal organization with effective prioritization and time management skills
