Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with sales team to development new reefer & DG customers maintain the performance. 2. Negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business. 3. Maintain relationships while managing and growing customer base 4. Represent Zim at relevant exhibitions/conferences 5. Identify customer needs and potential opportunities; Troubleshot customer problems. 6. Design detailed account plans. 7. Analyze actual performance and root-causes for shortfalls and put together weekly & monthly report for Reefer & DG for North China 8. Give proposal of line planning based on detail market research 9. Manage and drive the performance and target achievements of both Reefer and DG for N. China. 10.Conduct weekly meetings with N. China team and global team. 11. Other tasks assigned by leader.
Requirements: 1. College diploma or above. 2. More than 6 years sales experience in the shipping industry. 3. Sound knowledge of shipping industry with reefer market experience. 4. Have strong leadership skills to lead the team to achieve sales targets and handle internal issues, also need to have the ability to motivate team members to reach sales objectives. 5. Good communication skill with client excellent data analysis skill. 6. Fluent writing and speaking both Chinese and English. 7. Experienced skills in MS office, like word, Excel, Power point etc.
