1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY 核心职责 This position will mainly focus on mapping out and delivery the strategy in China relevant markets such as key customers, price, product portfolio etc. and penetrate into targeted customers to win business. This function needs to cooperate with sales, technical service, R&D to ensure the strategy be implemented well to meet company goals for market share growth and profitability by (1) Aggressively developing new customers by value selling in Transportation industry (2) Building and extending relationship with key OEMs and Tier 1 accounts to make sure get business approval, win key project biddings, and align with all customers’ specs (3) Supporting sales team in key customers development, marketing activities and innovation solution promotion. (4) Leading development and promotion of new product platform to leverage business value by coordinating R&D, sales, and technical service team a. Deep understand of the assigned market segments by through research of the market and value selling b. Provide leadership in developing market share growth by thoroughly exploiting all additional opportunities in assigned market segments for existing accounts with respect to adding new product lines and/or introducing new technologies (ensure that new business meets company's requirements for profitability and volume) and aggressively seeking the commercialization and incorporation of new businesses seamlessly into core account portfolio c. Develop the strong pipeline in the targeted markets of with the goal of providing consistent, sustained, profitable growth to meet the requirements of commercialized new business d. Maximize company’s profitability and increase commercialization rate by identifying/creating substantial product/value differentiation with customers e. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects and applications of company’s products platform and application. Keep up to date with the new approaches and technologies which can change or improve our differentiation. This should include working closely with industry contacts and sharing and gathering market information. Gather market intelligence from the field relative to competitive activity, business activity, Work with Segment Manager regarding margin improvement plans f. Pro-actively monitor, and effectively communicate internally any changes in customer's requirements (e.g. product performance, quality control, billing, receiving, etc..) to meet / exceed customer's expectations g. Achieve target sales goals by maintaining good relationship with existing customers and developing new business a.
