职位描述
1. Job Purpose:

Key account management and business development, achieve high level customer satisfaction by commercial service and technical support.

Focus on energy storage and transportation related business key account management and plan to develop target of new business.

2. Principal Accountabilities:

( the major end results the job is expected to achieve)

-Ensure business activities are in full compliance with Company policy, EHS standards and local regulations.
-Responsible for delivering related financial and operating targets, including sales volume, revenue and point of spending.
-Responsible for industry/market research, through this to identify business opportunities and initiate relative projects for business growth.
-Responsible for working with TS team to optimize the system solution for system business growth.
-Responsible for sales forecast accuracy, with better product mix for margin maximization.
-Responsible for global and regional key account management, responsible for customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
-Take control of DSO, debts, inventory level within budget and achieve zero bad debt.
-Bring understanding of market needs, collect and analyze competitive information, and in conjunction with Marketing function to develop market database and document market assessment.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of related industry and key players

4. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed

(education, experience, skills and training required for the job)

Education:

B.S. or higher degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or Material Science.

Experiences:

10+ years working experience with technical support or technical sales in Adhesive or Coating or PU/Specialty Chemicals

Knowledge & Skills:

Fluent written and spoken English, good command of MS Office

Communication and interpersonal skills
