At our sales office in Shanghai, we are dedicated to continuing this legacy with high standards of professionalism and excellence. We are currently looking for a Backoffice Manager to join our team in Shanghai and play a crucial role in supporting our operations with expertise in finance, accounting, and general administration.
Responsibilities: Finance, Accounting, and Controlling (80%): 61 Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and company policies. 61 Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and analyze variances to support strategic decision-making. 61 Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. 61 Auditing & Compliance: Collaborate with external auditors, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and implement best practices in financial management. 61 ERP System Management: Use ERP systems to manage financial data, streamline processes, and ensure transparency in reporting.
General Administration & HR Duties (20%): 61 Office Management: Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the Shanghai office. 61 HR Coordination: Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance with local labor laws. 61 Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers.
Qualifications & Requirements: 61 Educational Background: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. 61 Professional Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or controlling. - Prior experience in administrative and HR roles is preferred. 61 Language Skills: - Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. - Applications must be submitted in English. 61 Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel (advanced knowledge preferred). - Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an advantage. 61 Soft Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation Package: 61 Annual Salary Range: 260,000 to 300,000 RMB, based on qualifications and experience.
