About the role
The Assistant PR and Brand Communication Manager is responsible for planning and executing brand promotional activities, PR events, celebrity & influencer management and cross-brand collaborations, ensuring creativity, effectiveness, and consistency.
As an Assistant PR and Communication Manager you will
-Participate in brand campaigns, PR events, and cross-brand collaborations, including creative conception, project management, on-site execution, etc., responsible for writing project proposals, press releases, timelines, etc.
-Follow up on projects with talents, influencers, and pro-artists, including but not limited to shootings, live-streams, offline events, and social content co-creations.
-Handle daily internal and external communications and coordination, working with internal cross-functions such as marketing, commercial, education & artistry functions, and maintaining good communication and cooperative relations with partner agencies as well.
-Strictly control and manage the efficiency of allocated project budgets and product inventory.
-Responsible for managing internal processes, such as product internal order, PO approval, legal and financial processes, files archiving, etc.
-Conduct market trend and competitor analysis.
-Monitor brand sentiment and react professionally and efficiently for identified case.
Who you will work with

About you
-Minimum 3-5 years experience in the beauty/fashion industry
-Good command of written & spoken English.
-Independent, strong coordination and communication skills.
-Passion for the beauty industry, with good aesthetic sense, creative thinking, and a keen awareness of internet trends.
-Familiar with the entertainment industry and possession of media, influencers, Pro-artists connections and resources.
-Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks.
-Honest & hardworking.
-High sense of responsibility & a practical approach to implementation.
-Able to B-trip.
-Experience with PR agency is also considered.
-Proficiency in office software.
