Job Responsibilities: 1 Develop a cohesive approach to the creation and management of a vendor/partner network in mainly East region of China that will meet the service expectations of our clients' defined concierge services and increase utilization of the services. 2 Develop custom benefit, reward and experiential offerings for client programs utilizing relevant and valued providers. 3 Consult with clients on rewards program design, marketing promotions, website, program P&P's and associated marketing and materials development. 4 Evaluate vendors and offerings regularly to ensure we are meeting clients’ needs and ensuring a competitive edge in the industry. 5 Work closely with Business Development , marketing and Client Service for Concierge to identify and utilize data and marketing assets that will allow the company to secure best possible benefit/offer set to clients. Manage creation and production of all program-marketing materials, ensuring client’s brand is being represented according to the strategic plan and utilization is healthy. 6 Work closely with sales to understand prospect needs and opportunities. Support sales efforts to pitch and sell the global product set as well as custom benefits development. 7 Establish where appropriate, specific partner agreed deliverables, promotions, discounts & special offer or preferential treatment. 8 Manage the on-going relationships with identified service partners. Possess a good understanding of the terms and conditions that will go with the partners’ benefits. Ensure corrective systems and procedures are established to reinforce utilization and to ensure ongoing quality.
Requirements: 1 Bachelor degree or above 2 Good written and oral communication in English 3 5+ years of proven track of excellent performance in the related industry positions. 4 Relevant sales &/or marketing experience in Brand Management, Travel, Tourism, Sports, Hospitality, Retail, Hotel / Guest Services, Legal/Tax, Overseas Study, Relocation 5 Keen understanding of high-end lifestyle trend (dinning, shopping, sports, culture, travel etc) 6 Awareness of the local product benefits/products enhancement cases in the credit cards/luxury brands market. 7 Good communication and negotiation skills, including good rapport-building capabilities
