工作职责:
Key Responsibility
61 To lead a team of biologists, responsible for team expansion, training, and its daily operation. To enforce and meet EH&S and other operational requirement.
61 To optimize the current assay platform and develop new capabilities to meet market demands.
61 To maintain and expand customer base globally. Promote platform service through collaboration with business development and marketing teams.
61 To work as a team with colleagues across various functions (at department, division, and company levels) in client service as well as capability buildup.
61 Effectively communicate and interface with worldwide business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.
61 Provide scientific support to BDs and clients and deal with inquiries on WuXi Biology in vitro capabilities and data packs, working closely with the global team.

任职资格:
Qualifications
61 PhD in biological sciences, with more than 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
61 A strong publication record. Demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution in industrial setting.
61 Hands on experiences in receptors (GPCRs, NHRs), transporters or enzyme assays and In-depth knowledge of related cutting-edge technologies. Experiences in metabolic diseases R&D are a plus.
61 Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese
61 Capable of working with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to deliver strong business growth
61 Strong leadership and people management skill in industrial setting

61 Overseas education and working experience
61 Experience in big CRO companies is a plus
