Job Descriptions
To work alongside merchandising team to delivery to the customers with on time in full, and be responsible for the supply chain KPIs including on time booking, on time delivery. To handle the shipping plan in daily base by working with vendors, customer’ planners, and internal merchandising team. To monitor factory’s capacity to make sure it meets the order demands To educate the vendors on logistic process including new vendor on boarding training and daily management. To provide the report and data analysis on a regular base up the request of manager. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Diploma or above in international business, preferably in import/export supply chains Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience Excellent communication and negotiation skill. Strong analytical and problem solving skill. Highly detailed, result oriented, self-motivated Team player Occasional travel is required, including visits to suppliers/factories. Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Highly numerate and PC literate Production and manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage If the candidate is relatively more senior, will also consider to offer the title with Senior Merchandiser
