Duties and Responsibilities
1.Support on CL brand quality assurance(50%)
61 Collect and check the traceability from production batch files for finished goods release in terms of product registration data, report any deviation or NCs.
61 Product batch file validation and product release
61 Support on CL production transfer project.
61 Conduct product NC investigation & database maintain (e.g. product compliant, recall, etc.) with proper investigation, evaluation, timely feedback to relevant parties.
61 Support product reassessment on product quality & safety.
2.Support on product quality and compliance as retailor(50%)
61 Collection of adverse reaction cases, coordination with our brand partners and external experts to investigate and evaluate the findings and reporting to the relevant authorities
61 Manage sample retention,record and destroy per regulatory requirement
61 Support on management of product certificate portal, keep improving the data completeness and make sure CIQ and product qualification in store compliance *** system maintenance per regulatory requirement
61 Communicate with customers,brands, government and internal functions about quality complaints and issues and provide solutions to improve quality.
61 Implement annual quality check
Qualifications
61 Major in chemistry, chemical engineering, biological, medical, pharmaceutical, public health or food related etc, bachelor degree or above.
61 Min. 3 years of experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical discipline.
61 Good understanding of China cosmetics regulations with internal auditor background.
61 3 years solid knowledge in factory quality or 3rd party lab, familiar with manufacturing process, testing, product complaint, etc.
61 Able to work under pressure, details oriented, fluent English communication.
61 Strong problem solving skills, handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment, strong analytical thinking.
61 Experienced in oversea supplier management is a plus.
