职位描述
Sales Planning Manager leads and coordinates the pricing strategy, sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes within the sales organization. The person also works cross-functionally to ensure that the sales team’s plans are aligned with company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop pricing strategies and manage offerings designed to grow market share and revenue, and to maximize profitability.
2. Manage contracts and pricing for the given accounts.
3. Proactively ensure effective product cost to continuously improve competitiveness, by partnering with functional departments and teams within the company.
4. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company’s strong market presence.
5. Coordinating and managing the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes within the sale organization.
6. Working with the sales team to ensure that they meet their objectives and targets. Tracking sales metrics and reporting data to leadership on a regular basis.
7. Managing the sales team’s tools and software, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and efficacy. Compiling and analyzing sales figures and giving sales reports.

Qualification and Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Education, Electronics, Communication, Engineering or other related subjects
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience at same or similar functions. Working experience in the interconnect / connectivity or ICT manufacturing industry is preferred.
3. Basic knowledge on interconnect technology or products of RF, power, fiber optic, data is required.
4. Proactivity, teamwork sprit and strong coordination capability.
5. Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.
6. Good communication skill in English and Mandarin.
7. Ability to think both strategically and analytically to identify and assess new opportunities.
8. Think like the customer.
