Responsibility: 61 Pursue all potential sales for KSS membrane products associated with Water, wastewater opportunities (mainly UF, RO, NF, MBR products) and other applications for China, 61 Identify and pursue opportunities to gain new profitable business through key account management, contact management, corporate account management, pursing assigned sale leads and individual lead development. 61 Develop relationships within the Territory by interfacing with OEM’s, Distributors, Design Institutions, End-Users and Market Associations. 61 Pursue project (bid and specification) opportunities, coordinate quotation process with appropriate Wilmington, MA USA (Home Office) personnel, and collaborate with colleagues on major project activities and strategies. 61 Complete required written communication (including Call Reports, Prospect Reports, and Customer Reports) and verbal communication with the Home Office as necessary for the preparation of proposals, quotations, processing orders, warranty claims, and general information as required. 61 Travel as necessary, but expected to be in the range of 50- 75%. May require some international travel from time to time.
Work Experience / Skills Required: 61 Proven record in Key Account Development sales achievement. 61 Proven adept at promoting ideas and proposals, persuasively negotiating win/win solutions and solution base selling. 61 Demonstrate strong achievement orientation and setting high personal standards for self and others.
Work Experience / Skills Preferred 5+ years experience selling water and wastewater membrane products / systems. Knowledge of crossflow membrane technology and their applications. Sales experience to OEM’s and end customers and an understanding of industrial water & wastewater needs. MBR membrane sales experiences and performance highly preferred. Knowledge of UF, RO & MBR membrane technology, applications, systems and markets.
Education / Certification Required Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Sciences or Equivalent
